'Miles for Missing People' event launched
Today (13 March) saw Missing People's first 6.2 mile (10k) run called 'Miles for Missing People' in Hyde Park, London, sponsored by Friends Reunited.
Missing People is Recruiting
Missing People's award-winning Supporters and Communication Department is responsible for generating income, raising awareness, and building relationships with individuals, communities and companies.
Rotary Club supports Missing People
Missing People is very grateful for the support of local Rotary Clubs. In 2009, charity volunteers Robert Keirans and Philip Cox gave presentations on Missing People to three Rotary Clubs, including the Blackwater Valley Rotary Club in Farnborough.
Student Volunteering Week
Missing People has launched a campaign to increase its number of young volunteers aged between 16 and 24. The volunteer drive comes in advance of Student Volunteering Week 2010 scheduled for February 22-28.
Celebrity Runners for 'Miles for Missing People'
We've got some exciting news about Miles for Missing People. TV presenters Zoe Tyler and Louise Minchin are the latest celebrity supporters to sign up for 'Miles for Missing People' - the brand-new running event to bring together families of the missing and the public in London on Saturday, 13 March.
